Lauren Valcarcel joined Oyster in 2018 as a Property Manager, where she successfully managed a large portfolio of commercial and retail properties. In December 2022, Lauren joined the team at Millennium as Asset Manager. With 10 years of experience in the property industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Lauren prides herself on her excellent relationship management skills and maintains a high energy throughout challenges that come her way. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland.

Kimberly Neville-Dowler joined Oyster in July 2022 as Property Manager for Millennium, bringing experience in property and facilities management from T&G Global, where she assisted in the management of their industrial and commercial office portfolio. Kimberly’s strong relationship management skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail allow her to identify potential challenges and implement effective solutions. Her well-rounded skills contribute to the success of the properties under her management and the satisfaction of its stakeholders. 

Nizam Jailabdeen joined Oyster in April 2022 as Facilities Manager for Millennium. Niz brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team with over 35 years of experience in the field. He worked within the Westfield portfolio for 27 years and more recently with AMP Capital managing the facilities for Botany Mall and Manukau Supa Centa. Niz is particularly skilled in effectively managing contractors and fostering positive relationships with tenants. His extensive background has equipped him with the skills to successfully alleviate issues that arise whilst ensuring tenant satisfaction.
